QR code' online ordering is confusing

Hi folk,

have any of you experimenting your QR code for self-serve service? I have multiple locations under one square account and the QR code happens to get mixed up. It would show another location name on the receipt which does not match for the intended location. 

Also the online order seems to have a problem with modifier features as well. I am not sure who to contact or have anyone experiencing the same problem? I wonder if its a glitch on Square's end or me not being tach savy enough.

I'm not sure if you had a chance to check out this Support Center article on QR codes/self-serving but it may be able to best guide you in making sure everything is set up correctly.
