Pickup time option
When a customer calls, and says they want a pickup time. There is no way to do that other than the notes section. I would like to see an option while taking the order for pickup over the phone that allows to select a pickup time in square for restaurants. This is a big change that needs added to provide better functionality. This should print out on tickets and the KDS as well. Maybe highlight pickup orders on the screen and put them before normal tickets or in a separate section. Just a thought, but as a chef in a busy restaurant with a food truck, this is a game changer for our ability to function in a fast manner while keeping customers orders on time and in order.

You can add fulfillment details to orders from the Virtual Terminal and from your Order Manager.
Can you please share what device and app you are using when taking orders over the phone?
I'll locate step-by-step instructions to add a pick-up time to orders.
