Open Ticket creation time stamp or edit history?

Sometimes an order is placed and not paid. It is an arduous task to check my cameras and find the event. It would be really helpful to see a time stamp for each open ticket created as well as a timed history to open ticket edits. 

I assume this is not possible yet. But i figured I’d ask.

Are you just looking for a timestamp for when the open ticket was created?  I don't have a device to test on but if memory serves, I believe there is a timer on the open table on the floor plan as well as a time listed when looking at "view open tickets".

Is there something more specific you need than this? I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Yes, I would like to know when an open ticket is created. 

From what I’ve observed, the time is printed on the original ticket. But any future reprint of the ticket changes the time to the reprint time replacing the original time. 

also I know what you mean, on the ticket summary screen, it does keep a general time since a ticket has been made. However that time is reset upon the ticket being opened and re-saved.

Got it. Thanks for confirming, @Triflingdork!

I was able to get in touch with one of our product developers. They let me know that this is expected behavior when reprinting or adding a new item to an open ticket.
