Online orders for pick up are very delayed.
I have a coffee shop and i set up the online ordering and during my test runs, one order took 10 minutes to automatically print and the other took an hour and a half to print. Has anyone else experienced this?

That sounds strange. Once an order is placed it should print up automatically.
Were you seeing the order appear in the Orders tab in your Point of Sale app when the order is placed or was that being delayed as well?
