Today is the first time I've used the online checkout link. I sent a customer an online checkout link to pay for their order but I have no idea how to see if the order was actually paid. The customer emailed me to say they did pay for it. When I go through my transactions, it doesn't show up though. On the online checkout page, the amount doesn't show up in the recent sales feed either. How am I supposed to know if the customer actually pays - is there another place I can look for that confirmation? I ended up asking the customer to email me a copy of the receipt just so I could see that it was indeed paid for. I don't want to have to email every customer for this confirmation though. Any help is appreciated!
