Names not showing on Self Serve Kitchen Ticket
We have Self Serve ordering setup via QR code (Square for Restaurants). The issue we have is that the tickets don't print the name of the person who ordered until the 2nd time they order something on the same tab. It only prints the table number and phone number every time.
Does anyone else have this problem? Any way to resolve this? If not, can I submit a ticket to get this resolved?

Did you get a chance to look at the attachment I sent in a DM? Did you confirm this is a bug? This is really affecting our business at this point as we are delivering food to the wrong people.
