Live inventory updates

We run a food truck.  I would love to be able to enter inventory information at the beginning of a shift and get live updates as we sell items.  This would be especially helpful at large festivals where we have several tickets lined up waiting to be cooked but are still selling.  It would help keep us from overselling items.  Any suggestions.

I agree.  I'm keeping inventory for a bar and it seems like the frequency at which inventory gets updated is not consistent, and definitely not real time, which would be the ideal.  Square?  Can you help?
