I run a Mexican restaurant and for 6 months everything was running smoothly until the tickets started printing differently. For example we sell burritos and the meat choice would be the first modification to print on the ticket and then other modifiers like no beans or no lettuce etc. then randomly one day the meat would be the last thing to print instead of being the first. No problem there. The kitchen staff got used to it. Yesterday when a customer ordered five orders of Arroz con Pollo it printed “1 x Arroz con Pollo” FIVE times instead of “5 x Arroz con Pollo” I noticed it right away and thought to myself “maybe a server hit “separate items” option and then we had a customer order 4 tacos the same way and it printed 1 x taco” FOUR times. It’s now causing issues where kitchen staff is giving more food or missing by one and slowing the kitchen down. Anyone else have the same problem? And is there a solution to go back to the way it was?

@saajose1997 are you using square KDS? to print tickets or just the tablet sent to a networked kitchen printer?
