Is there a way in square for restaurants to update your item count with squares KDS screen?

Hi @mdavis1984 - I see this is your first post in the Seller Community so I'd like to officially welcome you! 🎉👏 I'm happy to answer this question about Square KDS.

Since the KDS is just for displaying orders, it does not have other functionalities like inventory management. To update your item counts, you'd need to do this either within the Square for Restaurants application or your Square Dashboard online.
