Hi Folks, we have a cafe and use the Square restaurant website, but we want to start dropshipping merch. Since we can't do full online retail on the restaurant website (seamless shipping, options, etc), I am considering switching to a retail website theme - but don't know if I would then still be able to use the existing menu and POS in the cafe (we don't take online food orders, just onsite in the cafe).
Ideally (hint) Square would combine both functions on one site so I don't have to choose, or go offsite for the retail.

@seaflowercafe I'm pretty sure that the Online Store & your in-restaurant POS are completely separate, and so switching one shouldn't affect the other. We use Square for Restaurants in the cafe, and the Retail Online Store for our online ordering (ours is here: https://savagegoods.square.site/) and it works just fine.

@seaflowercafe I actually use the retail version of the websites. I really really like it better than the streamlined food ordering sites. You can check out one of mine here:
I use the categories option to really control the flow of the website. With multiple categories per item, I can make one item show up in different places.
