I'm looking for pricing on a web-based solution to manage a mail order beef sales club. I have a wordpress site set up to act as front end.

I would like a solution that can handle:
-customer sign up
-recurring payments
-tracking customer account balance
-refunds and credits
-extract customer data
-Add order details
-assign sales person to sales for commissions
-has integrated shipping tools
-inventory tracking
-an abandoned cart recovery solution

Inorder to make this work let me direct you to the eccommerce apps.  Take a look at WooCommerce.  It will have the Wordpress addon that should work for you and allows Square to work as a processor.
