How do you add mods to a side that is connected to a entree?

Example: If I order a 6oz Sirloin with a baker and house salad, I need to be able to add the dressing and the butter. The square specialist told me I couldn’t but that makes no sense to me.  I can add it under the sides by themselves. I need help!

Hey @Greens ! If your Sirloin entree (including sides) is entered as one individual item, there's no way to apply a modifier to individual components of that entree. 

Although not ideal, you'll need to create the salad and the baker as separate items and apply the corresponding modifier set to them. 

I can see how much of a hassle this workaround is, so I'll bubble this up to the Product Team so they can make improvements where needed. Thanks for posting!

We have another mod that is called add ons you can have it available but not mandatory so your servers can access it or choose not to.
