How do we know if Weebly is down?

Anyone else know if Weebly is down?

We can't log in and our customers are getting their orders declined.

We've been having that issue as well (People were saying their payment was being declined). but literally just now, we had like 5 orders come through all at once. Hopefully it's fixed now?
