How do I confirm a credit card belongs to that particular customer

I have a customer who purchased an item today and but the telephone number on the receipt belongs to another person who's has not ordered through our store

That person got a text saying his order would be ready at 9:38. Th regular customer picked up the order. I want to confirm that the card used belongs to original customer. How do I do that?

Hi @keyworth! The only way to do this will be to ask the person picking up the merchandise for their driver's license so you can verify if the ID matches the card holder's name. We currently do not have a way for you to verify ownership of a credit card over orders, but if you feel that the order is unsafe you can always refund it and cancel the order.
