How can I manage stock for an ingredient that is used with multiple items?

The easiest way is to use Square Bundles.

Here is a link to bundles : 8057-create-managing-bundles-with-square-for-retail

Create Bundle and select items that make up that bundle, then repeat for other items.

The other alternative would be to use your Accounting Software to do this. Quickbooks for example calls this Item Assemblies I believe.
