Help: Customers confirming order for wrong location
We have 4 restaurant locations. We've had several customers claim that they selected a location, but when they went to check out and submitted the order, the system changed the order to a different location. We initially suspected user error, however this is happening often enough that it does seem like something is going on with the system because the orders keep getting sent to the same location, regardless of which of the other 3 locations they tried to place their order for. We're not sure if it has something to do with the fact that when customer are prompted to select a location, there is already a default location selected for them. I asked Square/Weebly if there was a way to remove the default location and they said there was not, which is unfortunate.
Anyone else encountering this issue? We end up having to eat up the lost food cost when customers don't want to pick up their food from the confirmed location.
