Girl Scout Cookie Time

Hi! My Girl Scout troop will be using square to assist in cookie sales again this year. Last year we just used my device for most of the cookie sales. This year we have more moms willing to work cookie booths and add the "register" to their phones. With 5+ moms ringing up cookies at booths or for their daughter away from booths, what is the best way to keep track of whose sale is whose since they will all be deposited into the same account (troop account)?

Turn on employee management and each seller is a different employee.

we have a tally sheet at our booths. every time a box is sold we mark a tally next to that flavor. we have a sheet for each session. girls sign their name on their sessions tally sheet then the boxes during their session are divided among the ones that worked together at that booth.
