Does any else use R365 integrated with Square for Restaurants?

Hello! Does anyone on here use Square for Restaurants as their front of house POS, integrated with Restaurant 365 (R365)?

-I am curious if anyone else is experiencing issues with Square sending over duplicated job titles when their employees clock in?

-Also do you have any issues with your D.S.S. reports (In R365)  not accurately reflecting the employee timecards in Square?

-Do you have issues with Salaried employees that clock in for POS functions and hourly tracking?

In the meantime, I suggest contacting Restaurant 365's support team by calling +1 (949) 652-7800. If for some reason they’re not able to help you, please reply here with your support ticket number and the reason support said it is on Square's end, and I’ll see what I can do from my side. 😊
