Disappearing transactions

Now that square is back up we are trying to add tips and get servers logged out but 2 of our checks with signed CC slip have completely disappeared. The checks are none existent any thoughts?  I have looked under the cancelled checks, last 4 of the card customer name and just the total and its no where

Keep in mind they are trying to help millions of accounts that were affected by the world wide outage and the person you chat with may not have all the answers but they will do their best to get you talking to the right person to solve your problem!
