Customer is able to place an online order an hour in advance?

Just opened our online store and running into an issue when we open. We open at noon and start our online orders at 1pm (15min prep time) Today a customer placed an order around 11:30 and did not understand why it wouldn't be ready until 1:15pm. Even though we have set the order time frames they are still able to place the order, very confusing to the customers.

That doesn't seem right @G-Dog. Especially if your prep time is set to be 15 minutes, I don't see why there would be any reason for the prep time to be longer than that.

Sounds like it might be a unique issue. Whenever you get around to it, give the Weebly team a shout so that they can check out your account and see what might be happening.

@nika

Still having major issues with this. Today we are closed but already we have two pending orders. Now it does say will be ready tomorrow at 1:15pm but most customers don't even pay attention to that. I know there is a toggle that you can slide on or off. But that is very inconvenient when you have a million other things to think about and you have to try to remember to toggle it off and on. Some companies such as Toast,  if you try to order outside the set times a little message comes up letting the customer know the ordering time is not available. So far Square says they are not offering that feature. Weebly also had no solutions. 😞

Really sorry about this @G-Dog. I triple checked with a Weebly specialist about this and you're right- there isn't a solution right now and is considered a feature request. Wish I had some better news for you.
