Conversational modifiers not printing

Asking for NO tomato etc. with conversational modifier settings on is not printing on kitchen tickets. It just prints the chosen modifier but not the NO.  Any help is appreciated.

When you have a moment, take a look at your printer settings and let us know what's selected when you head to More > Settings > Hardware >Printers. Feel free to include screenshots, too. Looking forward to hearing back from you 🙂

Using Square Register.

Use this Printer for in-person order tickets   YES

Print Kitchen Names YES

Compact Tickets YES

Selected the proper categories I want printed.

Any modifiers that have different Kitchen names will not print the conversational words like ADD, NO, EXTRA
