Close of Day Report - Start Time?

Occasionally there is a discrepancy between the numbers on the Close of Day Report and the Transactions page on the Dashboard. 

 

I believe I've got it narrowed down to the time period listed on the Close of Day Report.   

 

Example - Close of Day Report shows 6:30PM - 10:34 PM (time report was run).  Where can I adjust the starting time?  Transactions that take place before 6:30 are not showing on the Close of Day Report, only the Transactions Dashboard

Account & Settings / Business Information / Transfers

 

This will affect the money balance transfer calculated for your Square deposits, so I'm hopeful this will also adjust the report you're talking about.

Thanks for that link! I'm having a little trouble understanding how this works.  Example,

 

I have three locations, all of them show a Close of Day at 7 PM at that link you sent. However, all them show different opening times on the End of Day Report. One location shows 6 AM, another 7 AM, and another 6:30 PM. 

 

I'm not seeing where I can set the time range for what shows on the End of Day report?

Same here, there is always a difference of total sales on the POS than the online dashboard report. We thought we have narrowed it down to start of day, but there is no setting for that. We close at 9pm and have our end of day set to 10pm, but the start of the day is not when we open.
