Categories are shown on edit but not on preview

I have edited my site and added categories along with menu items.  Only a few of them show on preview.

It looks like you are using the Featured Menu Items section on your home page. With that section you'll need to edit the section and connect it with more items manually. You might want to consider making the Order Online page the homepage of your site, since that adds items automatically. To do that, click on the Pages dropdown in the website editor, then click the "..." button for the Order Online page and choose Make this my homepage.
