Cash transactions are "awaiting tips"??
Cash transactions are awaiting tips like credit card transactions on the back end of Square POS and causing inaccurate sales reports. However, the cash transactions do not show that they are awaiting tips within the Square for Restaurants App. Shift reports are accurate, and cash drawer reports are accurate, but sales reports are not, if printed from the terminal or from the back end. Please fix! Thank you!

Hey @BlindSwine thanks for reaching out about this and I'm so sorry to hear about this issue with your POS. It sounds very glitchy as you shouldn't be able to add tips for cash transactions.
Can you tell me what device you are working on? I want to give you a list of troubleshooting tips to try.
Also, what happens if you attempt to add tips to the cash transactions? Any screenshots would be helpful.
