Can you clarify a visit?

For example, I currently use a punch card.  IF a person buys 3 qualifying drinks on one transactions, they receive 3 punches.  Would that be considered 1 visit or 3 visits because each of the qualifying purchase?

Great question!

Each transaction counts as 1 visit.

3 drinks purchased in 1 transaction = 1 Visit = 1 Point if your program is structured by Visit.

If you want the customer to get 1 Point per Drink, it's better to structure your program by Items or by Categories
