I started by creating my online restaurant first. Is there a way to import all of the online items in my menu in the POS?
If I do have to create the menu from scratch, will it duplicate in the online store? I don't want double copies of everything.

When it comes to importing between Point of Sale and Online Store, it's best to make changes or add items in the Point of Sales Dashboard. Doing this will sync with your Online Store.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work both ways.

for online store I choose to pick up all items - how can I enter how many of each I have on hand to sell - site won't let me update inventory - don't want to over sell then have to refund -

@mw2 Thanks for reaching out! I'm merging this thread to another one where you may be able to collaborate some with @CurbsideCafe. Right now, you may have better luck adjusting your inventory on the Square Dashboard as the two systems will talk to each other.
