Anyone have experience with pickup orders?

Specifically, can you get remote orders to "Automatically Print" WITHOUT having "Print Order Tickets" turned on?

When "Print Order Tickets" is on, every single transaction prints, and I do not need that.

At this time, printing remote order tickets will result in all order tickets being printed as you've described. I can certainly see how not having this setting be "all or nothing" would help streamline your operations.

Thanks Tom. Iam hoping the programmers will find this to be a simple change (HOPE, HOPE, HOPE) so I (and others) can take advantage of promoting  prepaid pickup orders this holiday season!!!

Did this get resolved? It is confusing and a waste of paper to have every transaction auto print, even if the customer is ordering in the store. I am looking to only have online orders print.

@mcdonaldsl4 No, this has never been addressed. I agree, it is a tremendous waste of paper, and I would think that Square would be more socially conscious about this.

It should not be that hard to make the checkout screen work the same for order tickets as it does for receipt printing (asking if one is needed).
