Anyone else having issues with 3rd party order applications not syncing

Hello,

 

We use Chowly and also Bentobox for our online ordering and deliveries.  Everything has been great, but the last three weeks orders will not sync or are severly delayed.  We have reached out to the 3rd parties and they all say it is a Square issue.  We have contacted Square and still do not have a resolution.  This has been detrimental to our business because the majority of our business has been online.

 

Has anyone else experienced syncing issues and did it get resolved?

I forgot to add that we use the Square Register and we are hard lined with ethernet cable and not using wifi.  We have great speeds with 30 down and 10 up.
