@ManjitsKitchen - are you looking to use the POS side of things to create the orders simply take a total amount at the table?
In either was the Terminal is a great place to start. Battery powered & self contained, it just needs to be connected to your wifi. You can either simply key in the total amount or use the POS features built in. This also allows you to create tabs, so each table can just pay at the end.
There is also the self serve options utilising the Square Online where people can scan a barcode of the table & place their orders directly on their phone.
