I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the KDS app. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this :
- Check to make sure you’re using the most recent version of the Restaurants app and KDS app.
- Check that the Android OS (software) is up to date on your device.
- Restart the Square KDS app.
- Delete the app and reinstall it on your Samsung device.
