we are looking into purchasing the terminal w/receipt printer. does it or can it blue tooth to our phone? most of the shows we do the wi-fi is not addaquit to support alot of vendors

Hi Momwilhoit,

The Square Terminal requires an internet connection.  You can either connect your Square Terminal to the internet via Wi-Fi, or via Ethernet with an optional Hub.   When you don’t have an internet connection, you can use Offline Mode to take payments.  Having said that, your best option at events that don't have reliable Wi-Fi is use your phones "hotspot" function, bluetooth won't really work with the Terminal.  (Note, make sure that your phone's data plan can support your needs - for example, ours is unlimited so we don't have to be concerned about time and usage - it will pay for itself.)
