Square register Keyboard popping up

Hi, We use the square register and the invoices option.  A few months ago we noticed the keyboard would pop up when using the register portion with every transaction.  It is very annoying, as it causes the screen t shrink up.  This only happens after going into invoices and then back to the Register screen.  The only way to resolve is to re start the terminal.  Is there a way to stop this from happening?

I can see your frustration with that keyboard popping up on your hardware, then having to restart it to go away. It doesn't allow you to be efficient when checking out or using Invoices. 

Is your Square Register software up to date? 

If it is and you're still experiencing the keyboard pop up, I am going to recommend reaching out to our Hardware team directly. They can take a deeper look into your hardware & even file a ticket with our engineers, if needed.
