Gift card question

Does anyone know if there are gift cards that can be used with the Square ??? stand by tapping or inserting instead of manually entering?

Did a little research and this is what I found:

Yes, you can use Square to accept gift card payments, including contactless payment methods like tapping: 

• Swipe a gift card: Swipe the front of the gift card through the magnetic stripe reader or Square Stand 

• Take a photo of the gift card QR code: Use your device's camera to take a photo of the gift card's QR code 
• Scan the gift card barcode: Use a barcode scanner to scan the gift card's barcode 
• Manually enter the gift card information: If the customer has an eGift Card, tap Manual Gift Card Entry and enter the gift card information 
• Add eGift cards to Apple Wallet: Allow customers to add their eGift cards to Apple Wallet for easy redemption 

You can also use Square to sell gift cards, including digital eGift Cards that can be sent via email or text message

We've been selling a lot more egift cards than actually physical ones so it's usually linked to our client's profile accounts.  Hope this helps 🙂
