Hello @burgerbistro !
This could be caused by a few different things, but it really depends on a lot of variables. Can you be more specific about a few things:
-By Square Device, are you talking about the Square Terminal, Square Register, or regular tablet running Square?
-Are you using the regular Square Point of Sale, Square for Restaurants, Square for Retail, or some other product?
-Were your groups showing up beforehand and stopped appearing or is this a new setup?
-Do you have multiple locations you manage through Square? If so, is your device logged into the right location?
Once we have these specifics we should be able to troubleshoot what could be going on.
Thanks!

I'm using square terminal and yes regular square for restaurants.. only few item group(s) are showing. I have created like 9 food groups (e.g. Sandwich & Burgers, Sauces, Drinks, Festival, Sides, Desserts, Wings, Breakfast & Brunch, Add On) Only a few of them showing on the device. I can get to them scrolling down the list, but that's time consuming.

Okay thank you!
I haven't really worked with SFR on the mobile side of things yet, but I do have one idea.
When you set up your menus at Dashboard -> Items -> Menus you should be able to edit the POS layout (button in the upper right of the screen).
On that edit window, do you have your groups and/or menu items listed? If not, try adding some items to this menu, save it, then check your terminal. You can then preview your changes in the upper right. Be sure to check the Mobile version too. If you do have items listed on the menu layout, do remember that mobile is limited in customization, so it will display your entire menu left to right, top to bottom. You may need to log out and log back into your terminal to see the updates.
After that, I'm kind of at a loss. I'm going to tag a few of the Champions who are more versed with SFR than I am. They may have some other ideas.
@timberhillwine; @lawnbrook ; @TheRealChipA ; @artizansty ; @Donnie-M ; @jjsmeatshak1 ; @JamesSandbar and others: any ideas?

Hi @burgerbistro ,
When you say 'groups' are you referring to item categories?
If so, in square for restaurants there is the concept of menus. And within menus you have a pos layout that is separate from the item categories.
The following page describes
this:

You can also assign an item to an existing display group from within the item editor itself.
