Enable Filtering and Exporting on Subscription page

Now that permissions have been fixed for Subscriptions, we are using Square to manage them.

We have over 100 memberships at this point.

What has become an issue is finding memberships. My only option is to search by customer name, which is often not what I'm trying to find.

I'd suggest a set of controls similar to the ones on the invoice page which allow filtering of subscriptions and exporting the basic list.

A list in order of desirability:

1. Export - as with Invoice, the ability to export Subscription information.
2. Ability to filter by Status - existing Invoice functionality would work fine here.
3. Ability to filter by Time of next billing - existing Invoice functionality would work here, but apply to next billing field
4. Ability to filter by Time of last invoice - existing Invoice functionality would work here, but apply to last invoice field

Although this feature isn’t currently available with Square, it’s a great idea and I can see how it would be beneficial to your business. These suggestions would be great for our newly re-vamped Ideate Board! This is where we direct our Sellers to submit their feature requests.

Funny thing. I did just that. If you follow the link you supplied, and click Square Subscriptions you'll see it there.

Upon my first reading, I thought this had been posted in a feature request thread, not the Ideate Board so that's why I was trying to redirect you. I can confirm that your post is indeed in the correct place!

I second the request, the subscription features are getting better but it surprised me at how challenging it is to sort through all the canceled and active subscribers as well as trying to identify next billing date, etc.

@wyldbill @Twigandbranch Thanks for the suggestion! The Subscriptions team is currently investigating a feature to allow sellers to download a CSV of their subscription data. Will keep you posted on this thread!
