trying to get an estimate for square amendment services and i keep getting the run around

I need to get an amendment my 2023 tax return forms. I submitted an off cycle payroll payment in january 2024 for the previous year of 2023. I would like an estimate of services so I can get the ball rolling. Sent square a message and they said square amendment services are closed.....(that's it-that was the response to my message). I called today and the representative said the square amendment services are down for  maintenance and has no idea when it will be available again. Can anyone help me?
