I am having an issue running my payroll. When I go to submit payroll, it states. "Maximum Limit, The net pay for direct deposit ($4,051.03) is greater than your current available limit ($3,717.26) Pay all team members by check to have them receive their pay by Sep, 30. 2024"
This cannot be possible. Has this happened to anyone before? Thank you

Hi @DesiraeB1 , I'm sorry to hear you are running into this. It sounds like this message is related to your 2-day payroll limit.
The direct deposit limit applies to the amount Square Payroll will debit from your bank account to pay out your team via direct deposit (net pay for direct deposits). After a payment has been submitted, your available limit will be reduced by the total net pay for direct deposit from that pay run until the business day following that payment’s pay date.
If you are running payroll for a larger team or running more off-cycle payments than normal, this can happen. If paying your team by check doesn't work, you can also reach out to the Payroll Support team and request a limit increase. Payroll support can be reached at 1-855-700-6000 Mon to Fri, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
