Tips from shift not showing up on timecard

Exactly  what the title says -  tips earned by employees not showing up on timecards. Pls Advise

I do not have tip pooling turned on...I have "tip directly" turned on as only one person works per shift

I currently can see that employee x worked y hours, then have to go run a report for their shift timeframe and manually pull the tips off into a spreadsheet.
