I have tried team permissions, passcodes - yet every time my employees log on to the dashboard, they still see personal information such as balance transfers, net sales, etc...Information that I really do not want them to see. They each log on to their laptop daily to enter inventory. I have square for retail. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Do they need to have their own password to get onto the dashboard instead of all using the same one?

@Gourmet1 They very much need their own account login credentials. If you have given yours to others to use, they have your access, which should be everything. Passcodes only work for limiting POS access, not dashboard access. So, you should do two things immediately:
- Change your dashboard password ASAP and don’t give it to anyone.
- Go into each Team members entry and add an email address. They should receive an email with instructions for setting up their own account, including their own password.
When they sign in to dashboard, they should use their personal email/password. Their permissions will take over from there.
Best,

Any tips on how to restrict their access in Shifts from seeing what others are making wage wise? I have gone through all the permission sets but my managers make the schedule and the schedule for the week shows the employees hours and what their pay for that week would be under each of their names.

Have you had any success with this? All I'm trying to do is restrict that employees can't see each other's personal information including pay/hr and have gotten nowhere with Square helping!

Hey, @kdiestler 😀👋
To ensure that other employees don't see other's personal information, try following these steps:
- Go to the Team section of the Dashboard and select Permissions.
- Click "Create Permission Set," or click an existing set and edit it.
- Name the set.
- Enable the "Shifts" permission.
- Disable any permissions in this set that don't meet your needs.
- Ensure that "Dashboard" is selected as an access point.
- Save your changes.
Hope this helps!

Hi! Were you able to restrict your employees from seeing each other's information?
Please ensure manage team member settings are unchecked!
