One of my employees Square Team app Shows her inactive and she is not. Anyone have an idea why?

Hi @javasprings. My Team App has been doing that to me on occasion. Usually it just flashes a message for a few seconds an then tries to login again and is successful. It sounds like her Team App might be messed up, though. Before we go any further, have her deleted and reinstall the app on her device. Let me know if that works or not.

Thanks so much for your help, this is getting extremely frustrating as she cant see the schedule or log in or out.
She has deleted 3 times and reinstalled. Turned her phone off and on each time. Checked her settings and nothing is wrong there.
on my end it shows her active. I just cant figure it out.
