I have called multiple times this week and have been told I would be contacted by a manager.
A manager did call- at 9pm!! This is unacceptable.
We have not been able to access our schedule and timecards for week since your software update messed everything up!
I would like to be called- at a reasonable hour- as soon as possible.
I am available 8am-4pm EST Monday thru Friday.
Payroll needs to be run this upcoming Monday, and currently this is not something I can do. This issue needs to be resolved by Monday at 12pmEST. We pay square a lot of money and expect better service than what we have received. We have been looking into other POS options, as Square does not seem to care about our business.

HI, this is the seller to seller community board with no Square support except for Moderators. This is Labor Day Weekend with normal business hours starting on TUESDAY.
