New Staff Member is not receiving invite emails!

I am trying to add a new hire to our system, but no matter how many times we send her invite email, nothing comes through.  I have 5 other people set up the same way and they all got in fine months ago!  We have checked her junk, and even went as far as to call our tech support to be sure the emails were not blocked for some reason.  Am I the only one?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with this one Team Member. If they are not receiving the invite, the first thing I can suggest is trying with a different email address (preferably from another email provider). In the past users using Yahoo mail and Hotmail/Outlook have encounter difficulties receiving the Team Member invites.
