Monthly View --- Staff Shifts

At the moment, you only have the Day and the Week view when setting up the staff shifts.

While this works great for each week, it doesn't work best when you have to set up all the days off for the entire month or even for the whole year, in one go, especially where months don't have the same amount of total days.

Why monthly? That's especially, because the payroll runs monthly in many cases. So, each month the days off do get reset.
