How do I re-activate an employ on payroll?

Hey there.. was wondering if anyone has had trouble trying to re-activate an employee that went on maturity leave or sick leave for a few months. Cause when she try’s to log in it tells her something has went wrong. And we have tried resending the invite to the email and everything.

A couple of things I've noticed...Do you have the employee's current status correctly identified (be sure it saved your setting)? My staff has lost their password and sometimes had to go through the process of changing it in order to reconnect. You may also try reaching out to support https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact to open a ticket for them to take a look from their side.
