Having difficulties lately with running Square Payroll

It seems that its beem a lot more difficult to do payroll with Square. Why? Am I missing something? I've been with square for many years, but maybe not much longer. For the first time I'm seriusly considering another provider

Hey @Jon5 I’ve used Square Payroll for four or five years now.  Just started back up after a regular seasonal closure.  Honestly, I have noticed no extra steps, nothing changed, etc, from when I stopped using Payroll last October.  Your post has no details at all about what is bothering you, or what you think has changed with Payroll, so there is no way I can guess about how to help you.  But if you would please explain, I might be able to help.

Thanks for responding. When I login I don't see an option for payroll whatsoever. At the bottom of the login screen I see recommended products, payroll isn't one of them.

Thank you for providing more details. 

It would be helpful if you could let us know how you're logging in to your account (what device, browser, or app you're using), as menus are different in our apps and the dashboard. 

If you are logging in to your account using a web browser on a computer, you will be able to find Payroll on the left panel of the screen. 

You'll see your quick access options first, which are customized for your account, but once you continue to scroll down within that panel, you'll see "All products". 

Select "Staff & payroll" from that list and a submenu will open where you'll be able to select Payroll. 

If you are still not seeing these options, you can click "More from Square" at the bottom of the panel on the left and all of our tools will be listed by category. Under Staff, you'll find Payroll.
