Employee time card change reqeust

Hi,

 

Most of my staff can make timecard change request within their square team app on their phone.  However one staff can only view her time cards, however the times are locked in and their is no ability to make a request.  I've checked her permissions and it appears to be the same as everyone else.  Any ideas why she cannot access this feature?

Hello @vkotris

 

If all permissions are checked, it is possible the app is not working correctly. You can find some app troubleshooting steps here, and completing those should force the app to work correctly again.
