Delete Team Member

This doesn't seem to be an active request because I can't comment on the thread at https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Read-only-archive-Square-Payroll/How-do-you-delete-a-team-member-... which is what the subject links me to as an existing request.

 

It's been 6 years of discussion since this wasn't submitted.  I mean, really, why hasn't been done.  There is no legal obligation to keep these employees on the books, and having duplicates, old contractors, dead people and all show up in reports and my "inactive" employee list is ridiculous.  Please fix this.

That deactivate button should appear. Sounds like your account isn't behaving as intended.

I have employees that are listed as team members that have not worked her for over 7 years. I really don't believe I need to have them listed as team members.

I did this but still getting billed for employees that have been deactivated.

I'm amazed at the fact that there is still no way to delete a team member.

Yup, this feature has been requested for many many years!!! This is ridiculous.

We really should be able to edit team members, merge or delete.  We also should be able to activate team member without an email and or phone number.
