Our staff is unable to log in to the register with their unique credentials. They had always been able to until about two weeks ago for some reason. I have tried adjusting permissions, restarting hardware etc. They are still able to clock in. I am unable to track team sales, and we are incentive based. It is important that we are able to see who completed each transaction.
