Square Register Modifiers Disappearing

We have been using modifiers for our coffee shop items for years without issue. We now have three locations. Over the past couple weeks we have been having issues with certain modifiers disappearing from our modifier list. Any new modifiers that have been recently added disappear from the modifier list within minutes of their creation. Our legacy modifiers do not appear to be affected. It is only happening to the newly created modifiers. 

These new modifiers are specifically used for our pastry items at each of our three locations.
