I have a cash drawer that has an Ethernet connection. Is there a Ethernet to USB adapter that I could use?

while that is the same RJ45 connector as an ethernet plug It is not the same and I don't believe there is a way to use an adapter.

I am curious about this as well. Would love an official answer from Square!

What you are looking at is our probably printer driven cash drawer and needs to be connected to a printer.
The cable looks pretty much the exact same as a Ethernet connection - but its the communication port for the printer/drawer communications and not ethernet.
